What do we do around here at Fast 2 Fit?

If you are trying to lose weight, get healthier and live longer, I am sure you have heard all about Intermittent Fasting, Extended Fasting, “this, and that” Fasting. Long before modern science caught up to all of this Craze of Fasting (And I am sure it will vanish poof, as fast as it started). And by Long before, I mean Over 1400 Years Ago. Prophet Mohammad (SAW) was already observing mandatory Ramadan fasting, as well as various Sunnah Fasting throughout the remainder of the year.

So, join me and hundreds of others who are taking charge of their health, one fast at a time following the teachings of Islam from the Noble Quran, Hadith and Sunnah of the Prophet (SAW), and Tibb-e-Nabawi.
