One of the hardest things to do in life is to guard and protect your time. Sometimes it is hard to say no to invitations, to requests, to obligations, to the stuff that everyone else is doing. There are also time-consuming emotions: anger, excitement, distraction, and obsession with gaming, another person, watching a 100-hour long TV series that hooks you up to watch episodes after episodes and whiling away your time, giving you an impression that you are being entertained.
Another hard thing is to protect your health. We almost always know simple food, simple ingredients, and unprocessed and easy-to-cook food is the best. Yet we always eat that extra cookie, cake, candy, and chocolate and fast food like ready-to-eat cereal, chips, and soda. There is no shortage of food loaded with chemicals and packaged in convenient packaging and sold cheaper than healthy foods to lure you into buying these foods in the name of convenience.
